Our partners have over 40 years’ experience and have worked on a range of matters including in mining, employment, private equity, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, technology, infrastructure, fintech, real estate, debt and transport. We have worked with clients all over the work including in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, South America and the United States.
Our partners have extensive top tier and international experience in both private practice and in house and have previously worked in London, Hong Kong and South America.

The structures frequently involved cross border structuring issues.
